A Case Report of 3 Spondylolisthesis Patients using Burning Acupuncture Therapy with Korean medical treatment

Abstract
|
|
|
Objective : The purpose of this case report is to observe the effect of burning acupuncture therapy with Korean medical treatment on Spondylolisthesis.
Methods : Three patients were treated by Korean medical treatment especially with burning acupuncture. The improvements were evaluated with Oswestry Disability Index(ODI) and Numeric Rating Scale(NRS).
Results : In all of these cases, NRS decreased from 10 to 3. Each ODI decreased from 23 to 16, from 23 to 13 and from 25 to 11.
Conclusion : Burning acupuncture therapy with Korean medical treatment is effective for Spondylolisthesis.
