Abstract
Objectives : The purpose of this study was to analyze characteristics of patients who visited Korean medicine clinic at 2014 Incheon Asian Para Games and 2018 Pyeong-chang Winter Paralympics.

Methods : 517 cases (322 first visit and 195 reuse) of Incheon and 201 cases (91 first visit and 110 reuse) of Pyeong-chang were investigated.

Results & Conclusions :
1. The rate of patients who had experienced acupunture treatment were 62.1%(Incheon) and 72.5%(Pyeong-chang).
3. The rate of patients with injury were 92.9%(Incheon) and 89.0%(Pyeong-chang).
4. Low back, neck, shoulder were most 3 parts of injury.
5. The average number of reuse per a patient were 1.88¡¾1.259(Incheon) and 2.50¡¾2.473(Pyeong-chang).
6. The satisfaction of treatment was 4.86¡¾0.349 in Pyeong-chang.
