Unusual Crossed Testicular Ectopia

Abstract

|
Crossed testicular ectopia is a rare anomaly of testicular descent in which both testis migrate toward the same hemiscrotum. About 100 cases have been reported in the world literature. We report a case of crossed testicular ectopia which abnormal testicular descent develop after the passage through ipsilateral internal inguinal ring. This is unusal type of crossed testicular ectopia that has never been reported.
