Abstract

|
|
Wilms’ tumor is the most common malignant renal tumors of children. Wilms’ tumor usually originates from the renal parenchyma and grows by expanding into the surrounding tissue. Botryoid Wilms’ tumor occupying the pelvis or ureter is extremely rare. We report a case of botryoid Wilms’ tumor that protruded into the mid ureter without the invasion of the ureteral parenchyma.
