Abstract

|
The goal of pyeloplasty is to create a funnel-shaped dependent ureteropelvic junction (UPJ) that allows drainage of urine not to delay. To achieve a dependent UPJ and minimize intrarenal stasis, the floppy kidney is folded on itself, bring the lower pole up to the upper pole. Here we report pyeloplasty with kidney folding technique in giant hydronephrosis.
