Abstract
Papillary neoplasms in the bladder are rare in children. We report a case of a papillary urothelial neoplasm of low malignant potential in a 9-year-old child. He presented with gross hematuria. Computed tomography revealed a mass lesion in the bladder, and the diagnosis was confirmed by transurethral resection of a bladder tumor. Complete resection of the mass was performed. To our knowledge, this is the first reported case of papillary urothelial neoplasm of low malignant potential in a Korean pediatric patient. The patient was lost to follow-up at 3 months post-operatively.
