Abstract
The Essex-Lopresti fracture dislocation consists of a radial head or neck fracture, distal radioulnar joint injury and interosseous membrane rupture. In the case of a radial head or neck fracture, the accompanying instability of DRUJ must be confirmed, if not, undesirable outcome may come. Physicians should be aware that DRUJ injury can be combined with a radial head or neck fracture. We experienced and reported a Essex-Lopresti fracture dislocation patient.
