Abstract
Purpose: Tumors of adolescent breast are uncommon and are nearly always benign. That lesions commonly required surgical intervention and large tumor required reconstructive technique. We want to review the diagnosis, evaluation and management of these benign tumors and to present the case of adolescent female patient with a rare large benign tubular tumor.

Methods: A 17 year-old girl came to our department of plastic and reconstructive surgery. The patient presented with complains of breast asymmetry and progressive growth of left breast. Ultrasonography of left breast revealed with
9cm hypoechoic mass in the left breast. The patient was treated by one-stage excision with modified mastopexy.

Results: The mass measured 8¡¿7cm and peripherally encapsulated. The final diagnosis confirmed tubular adenoma. Symmetry of breast contour and nipple-areolar complex position could be restored.

Conclusion: The goals of treating a benign breast tumor are complete resection of the tumor and a aesthetic result. Plastic surgical techniques like mastopexy or reduction mammoplasty might be applied in treating large benign
tumors compromising the aesthetic aspect of breast.
