Disseminated tuberculosis refers to concurrent involvement of at least two noncontiguous organ sites of the body. Mycobacterium tuberculosis involves lung most commonly, but can involves any other organs of body through lymphohematogenous spread. Authors experienced 3 cases of disseminated tuberculosis with unusual organ involvement. In 2 cases, disseminated tuberculosis developed in immunocompetent South-East Asian workers who had not be exposed to tuberculosis previously. But in 1 case, it was reactivated from latent infection in a Korean who had taken immunosuppressive therapy for rheumatoid arthritis.
