Tuberculosis is one of the chronic infectious granulomatous disease. Since the development of effective antituberculous chemotherapy, the incidence of this disease has decreased. However, tuberculosis still remains a major concern and challenge to health services. Tuberculosis can affect any part of the body. The lesions of tuberculosis in the oral and maxillofacial region are seen in various forms. Although these tuberculosis lesions generally develop secondary to pul-monary diseases, clinical manifestations are occasionally seen with no evidence of involvement of the lungs. The submandibular lymph nodes are among the commoner site for tuberculosis. This is a report of two cases of cervical lymph adenitis as a secondary to pulmonary tuberculosis.
