|
Bilateral absence of the patella as an isolated congenital abnormality is an extremely rare condition. A case of bilateral congenital absence of the patella without any stigmata of osteo-onychodysplsia was found in a 28-years-old male. There was
no
definitive familial history. The findings were documented by MRI. Arthroscopic and electromicroscopic examination.
