Metastatic lesions in the leg below the knee are rare . and a metastasis to the patella is even more unusual. Metastatic tumor of the patella was first described by Benedek in 1965 which arised from squamous cell carcinoma of the lung and another
few
cases were reported.
We reported a cases of metastatic tumor of the patella which originated from the squamous cell carcinoma of the lung.
