Study on the cytotoxicity evaluation of root canal sealers using the tissue culture

Abstract
|
|
|
The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of four mot canal sealers(Tublisoal, N2, AH26, Sealapex) on the fibroblasts c ulthetsd from human periodontal ligament tissue by agar otiefay method.
The results of this study were, as follows:
Tubhseal, N2 and AH26 were showed mild cytotoxicity, whereas Sealapex was showed severe cytotoxicity.
