A Case of Amebic Perisarditis

Abstract

|
The history of a rare case of amebic pericarditis was presented of a 33 year old Korean man. The diagnosis was made of the finding of amebic cyst with the microscopic examination and therapeutic tral of antiamebic drugs in addition to antibiotics.
The favorable results following antiamebic drugs and antibiotics for amebic pericarditis were obtained
