A case of Xeroderma Pigmerrtosum

Abstract

Clinically and his topathologically well established case of Xeroderma Pigmentosum with Carcinoma in Situ developed over the face is presented. The ferer is 12 yrs. old boy who has salt pepper like pigmentation and rodent type skin lesion over the face. Histopathological study on rodent ulcer like on reveals characteristic features of exeroderma pigmentosum, althongh no significant genetical trait for the disease is found. Included are the therapeutic.experiences and review of literatures.
