A Case Report of progressive Paraplegia Following Spinal Anesthesia

Abstract

|
A clinical report is presented of a flaccid are flexic paraplegia developed in a 45 year-old woman received vesico-vaginal fistuleptomy.
The areflexic paralysis was recognized 24 Bouts following spinal anesthesia and it progressed upward gradually and 4 months after the occurtence, she died.
