A case of sliding esophageal hiatal hernia combined with epiphrenic diverticulum and peptic ulcerative esophagitis

Abstract
|

|
The esophageal hiatal hernia is well recognized to be one of the mostt common type which is frequently proceeded in asymptomatic course, among the internal hernia.
We report here a case of sliding type of esophageal hiatal hernia which is combined with epiphrenic diverticulum and peptic ulcerative esophagitis.
The hernia is presumably precipitated with increased intrabdominal pressure owing to ascites due to liver cirrhosis.
