Intraperitoneal hemorrhage caused by spontaneous rupture of the hepatocellular carcinoma

Abstract
|
|
|
Tntraperitoneal hemorrhage caused by spontaneous rupture of the hepatocellular carcinoma is rather rare complication and a few cases have been reported by other authors.
Three cases of ruptured hepatocellular carcinoma treated at Chonnam national university hospital recently are reported here with review of the literature. One cast was undergone excision of tumor, and the others were partial hepatectomy.
One case (case I) died immediately after the operation eration because of irreversible shock, and the remainders (case 2, 3) were discharged with relative good condition.
