Effects of Belladonna Alkaloid during Cyclopropane anesthesia on human heart rate

Abstract
|
|
|
1. During Cyclopropane anesthesia, large dose of atropine and scopolamine (0.4mg) (divided dose, 1st. dose 0.2mg, 2nd. dose 0.2mg) was given.
2. Effect of 1st. doss of atropine(0.2mg) during cyclopropane anesthesia could not increase the heart rate but scopolamine(0.2mg) could decrease the heart rate.
3. Effect of 2nd. dose of atropine and scopolamine could increase the heart rate.
