The follow-up study on the health examination of employees


Abstract
In order to evaluate the management of the worker¢¥s health, a follow-up study was carried out by analyzing the record of periodic health examination of workers from 1983 to 1985. The study population was 2,120 workers employed in three industries.
The results obtained were as follows:
1. The number of workers who needed the follow-up observation(C1) decreased significantly every year, but among them the number of workers who expressed other impression increased significantly.
2. The number of workers who needed a recheck(C2) decreased significantly every year, but among them the number of workers who expressed other impression was not significantly changed.
3. The number of workers who needed a close examination(C4) decreased significantly every year, but among them the number of workers who ex¡þpressed other impression increased significantly.
4. The number of patients who needed a close examination(D21) decreased significantly every year, but among them the number of patients who ex¡þpressed other impression was not significantly changed.
5. The number of patients who needed medical treatment during the service (D22) decreased significantly every year, but among them the number of patients expressed other impression was not significantly changed.
