A Study on the Influence of the Subjective Perception and Job Satisfaction on the Nurse¡¯s Job Performance

Abstract
This study was made to find the relationship between the nurses satisfaction. Subjectives were 103 nurses who were serving at CAU hospital from Oct.1 to Oct.14. Subjectives were asked to complete the perception test, made by Choi Jung Hoon and the job satisfactien test, made by author on the ground of review of literature working ratings, used in this study was offered by the director of nursing service department of CAU hospital. Relationship between the nurses working rating, perception & job satisfaction and relationship between the above mentioned etc, was analyzed by means of F-test & Pearson¡¯s correlation coefficient. The results were as follows. 1. The higher level of subjective perception the nirse showed, the higher working rating score she got(r=0.222, P<0.05). 2. The higher level of subjective perception the nirse showed, the more she is satisfied with her job(r=0.304, P<0.01). 3. The longer period the nurse worked at hospital, the higher working rating score she got(F=6.66, P<0.01). 4. The lower the educational level is,the more she is satisfied with job(F=3.32, P<0.05). 5. The older the nurse was, the higher working rating score she got and the more she is satisfied with job(r=0.254, P<0.01: r=0.194, P<0.05). The results of this study are not to be extended to any other samples.
