Abstract

|
Pregnancy complicated by mesenteric thrombosis is very rare and difficult to diagnose, especially in the last trimester of pregnancy.
We are reporting a case of mesenteric thrombosis at 31 weeks of twin gestation, who had undergone a fatal prognosis.
