Abstract
Chorionepithelioma is originally described by Mar Chancl in 1895 and it may be changed from hydatidiform mole, abortion and rarely normal pregnancy.
The incidence of cerebral metastasis (of the chorionepithelioma) is known about 6.7%% and the metastatic lesion frequently cause cerebral hemorrhage.
We have reported a case of a 34 year old woman who admitted to Woo Sok University Hospital on Nov-4-70 with complaints of headache, visual, disturbance and motor weakness of right upper extremity. She had episode of a hydatidiform mole 3yrs prior to admission.
She has received operation for the removal of the cerebral metastatic tumor on the 3rd admission day and the mass was proved as metastatic chorionepithelioma pathologically.
On her chest P-A X-ray revealed suspicious metastatic tumor on the left middle lung field.
