A Case of Hydroa Vacciniforme

Abstract
|
|
|
A case of Hydroa vacciniforme, 14 years old male, was presented. The age of onset was 4 year old age.
The typical papules, vesicles, pitting scars and small ulceration were disseminated to both cheeks.
The coproporphyrin, uroporphyrin and porphobilinogen could not demonstrated by repeated urinalysis.
These lesions became good condition by the treatment of chloroquine ointment application and avoidance of direct sunlight exposure.
