Clinical Observation of Malignant Diseases. An Analysis of 405 Cases

Abstract
|
|
|
The clinical observation on 405 patients with malignant neoplasms recognized at Ewha Medical Center from A arch 1970 to February 1975 were performed and the following were obtained.
1) Of the 405 cases, 209 were male and 196 were female. The most common group of range of age was 50-59 group.
2) The most frequent metastatic cancer was from the stomach to liver.
3) The most frequent subjective complaints vas pain, these first complaint was 54. 3% of the all cases. And the next were indigestion and weight loss which were 38.8 % and 30.1% of the all cases.
4) The top rank above described 3-chief subjective complaints was cancer of
the stomach, and the second was cancer of the liver.
1) The most frequent objective signs was anemia, and the next was bleeding.
