The whole world concentrates its mind on the development of new technical skills in the sports science.
The active athletic meetings contribute to the elevation of athletic power and the rapid improvement of new records.
But we still can¢¥t get out of depending on the experimental teaching method and it makes poor records. Because I guessed that these poor records were due to the bad trainning course, I selected the representative hurdles players of middle schools in Jeonbuk Province as the object of this studying and taught them chiefly the basic skills.
The aim of this paper is growing the skills fit for the hurdles players of middle schools in Korea through observing and researching some trainning courses which give less sensation of fear to beginners or middle school players, make the good form, and learn them how to run at full speed accuately in variable and formal trainning courses.
