Abstract
Two cases of embryonal carcinoma of the testis in children were reported and the literature was reviewed. Embryonal carcinoma of the testis is relatively uncommon and the incidence of testicular tumor is less than 1 % of all malignant tumors in the male. The average age of embryonal carcinoma is 26.1 years,
In our experienced two cases of embryonal carcinoma of the testis were from the age of 5 to 7 years. One of these was dead during his short hospitalization because of multiple metastases to the both lungs, vertebra, spinal cord, and diaphragm. The other case was performed surgical removal of testicular mass and meticulous investigation of retroperitoneal lymph channels revealed no involvement except left kidney.
