The Clinical Observation on the Various Anal Diseas

Abstract
|
|
|
The clinical observation was carried out on 629 cases of various anal diseases.
1. The incidence of the anal diseases appeared in the order of hemorrhoid, anal fissure, anal fistula and perianal abscess. The hemorrhoid formed 56.1 percent.
2. The main subjective symptoms in anal diseases were bleeding, pain, constipation, discharge and itching sensation. Constipation in anal fissure, discharge in anal fistula, pain and. foreign body sensation in perianal abscess, and discomfort and foreign body sensation in rectal prolapse . might be specific complaints.
3. Predilection of anal diseases was posterior part of anal region. excluding hemorrhoid. In hemorrhoid multiple occurrence held 60.6 per cent.
4. Modified Nesselrod¢¥s method in the treatment of hemorrhoid showed .relatively good ,results in comparison with the other methods. Operative treatment in other anal diseases seemed to have better prognosis.
