Abstract

|
A case of the polyostotic polymeric fibrous dysplasia was reported with review of literatures which involved the both maxillary sinusese, mandibls, and left femur, humerus, ulna and all the metacarpals.
Homogenous intramedullary bone graft was done for the treatment of the intertrochanteric fracture of the femur in this case.
