Abstract

|
The purpose of this study presents a basis that senior welfare professional’s work easily through analysis of factors about professional job identification of senior welfare professional’s As for the research subject, the data of 227 social workers and instructors of senior program region in Seoul and Kyungki province and data were collected by survey. The ways of analysis are Frequency Analysis, Factor analysis, reliability analysis, Correlation analysis, Regression analysis and Dummy regression analysis. First, I analysis about reliability between professional job identification to satisfaction of work and it showed regard reliability. Second, I analysis for factor about professional work identity that independent factor set up
education level and career level and use Dummy regression analysis as a result group of graduation of college has significant effect of professional work identity. Third, factors that give an effect to professional work identity are human factors, work and environment factors, reward factors and all of factors give an effect to professional work identity.
