Abstract

A case of Cushing´s syndrome in a 5 years and 5 months old female was reported Urinary suppression (Dexamethasone) test and stimulation (ACTH) test showed a pattern of adrenocortical carcinoma Needle biopsy of liver was revealed as a metastatic malignant- neoplastic tissue. On the basis of -the clinical picture, the results of laboratory findings and roentgenological findings, a diagnosis of Cushing´s - syndrome secondary to the adrenocortical tumor was made and operation performed.
Despite of our possible measures she expired on ? 31st. post-operative day. The autopsy was performed immediately. .
