Abstract

|
In order to isolate and chracterize dehydropiandrosterone sulfotransferase (DST) gene, DST positive clones were screened from genomic DNA library of Fischer rat F334 liver, using DST complementary. DNA(cDNA) as a probe. One of the positive clones isolated from gDNA library was named as L12, and the restriction map of the insert in L12 determined.
