A Case Study on the Experience of Family Caregiver for the Demented Elderly


Abstract
The purpose of this study was to describe and analyze the experience of family caregiver for the elderly with dementia.
The common symptoms of three demented elderlys were illusion, crying, abnormal behavior, disturbed sleep pattern, strengthening, worsening of symptom at night.
After caring for the elderly with dementia, the family caregivers have experienced ambiguity, worrisome, distressing, binding, compassion, suffering, and apprehension of self commonly.
