Sixteen people participated in five week group meditation, twice a week for 30 minutes in their lunch time. After the end of the last session, post-test was conducted. The results of this study are as follows; First, physical symptoms and depression related to job stress showed a significant decrease after intervention. Second, the short-from mindfulness meditation program showed significant effects on the psychological well-being of the participants, especially subscales such as self-acceptance, purpose in life, and autonomy.
