Abstract

|
Due to early detection and progression of treatment modality in gastric cancer, survival rate of gastric cancer is increasing. Korea is rapidly becoming an aged society. The average life span of Korean people is more than eighty. There are some controversies in performing standard D2 dissection in aged gastric cancer patients. Herein, We reported 10 cases of successfully managed gastric cancer patients who were more than eighty years old among five hundred sixty eight operated gastric cancer patients.
