Urachal cancer was described first in 1863 by hue and Jacquin. The urachal carcinoma has been reported as an uncommon and often aggressive urologic cancer and its prognosis is poor. Recently we experienced a cases of urachal adenocacinoma which
was
accompanying with transitional cell carcinoma. We reported a case of adenocarcinoma with transitional cell carcinoma of bladder for the first time.
