A Study on the Motor Nerve Conduction Velocitys in Korean

Abstract
|
|
|
The motor nerve conduction Velocity (NCV) and digital-ankle and ankle-knee latencies of evoked action potentials of bilateral´ post tibial nerve of 35 patients healthy physically who had been admitted to Seoul National Mental Hospital during a period of January, 1985 to November, 1985 were measured.
1.The results obtained were as follows.
2.The mean motor N.C.V of d!.gital-ankle of right post tibial nerve was.5.3+4.82 M/S and 5.4+5:52 M/S in left side.
3. The mean motor N.C.V. of ankle-knee of right post tibial nerve was 45.2? +6.05M/5 and 44.8+7.08M/5 in left side. The mean latency of digital-ankle of right post tibial nerve was 3+4.82M/S and 5.4+5.5M/S in left side.
4. The mean latency of right post tibial nerve was 13.5+0.52 M/Sec and 13.2+0.48 M/S in left side.
5. The mean distance between digital and ankle of Rt. post tibial nerve was 6.5cm and 6cm in left side.
6. The mean distance between ankle and knee of Rt. post tibial nerve was 37cm and 35cm in left side.
