Abstract

|
Standard assay methods for protease and celluluse were reviewed and proposed to be adopted as standard methods in company test.
@ES The results were summarized as follows:
@EN 1. The optimal reaction time, temperature, concentration of casein solution in protease were 37°, 10min, 0.6% and the optimal reaction time, temperature, concentraion of CMC-Na solution in cellulase were 40°, 30min, 0.5%.
2. We could observe the difference of Reaction PH and diluent in the Sample A. B. C.
3. The optimal concentration of dilution in protease were 0.2-0.4 of E-Eo Absorbance and cellulases were 0.1~0.3 of OD-OD0 Absorbance.
