Abstract
An ion liquid chromatographic method was presented for the determination of copper, zinc, iron, and manganese in multi-vitamins formulations.
An aliquot of the sample was dissolved in d-HNO3, The transition metals were chromatographed in PAR reagent delivery module and ¥ì-Bondapak C16 using 2.0mM 1-octanesulfonic acid sodium salt and 50mM tartaric acid adjusted to PH 3. 4 with 50% NaoH
solution.
Reproducibility and precision (RSD) of copper, zinc, iron and manganese were 0.8%, 1. 2%, 0.7%, and 0.8% respectively
