Abstract
Objectives: This study was done to provide basic data for somatotype according to Sasang Constitutions and thus to investigate muscle circumference ratio in each Constitutions.

Methods: The subjects of this study are 163 female college students are diagnosed by QSCC ¥± from 16. May. 2005 to 17. we investigate diet habit, exercise, drinking alcohol, smoking status and measured body compositon and muscle circumference with body composition analyzer(inbody 4.0). Muscle circumference ratio in each constitution was analyzed.

Results and Conclusions:
1. Of those 163 observed, 56(34.36%) were categorized in Soyang-in, 63(38.65%)in Soum-in, 44(26.99%) in Taeum-in.
2. Compared to circumstance of Soyang and Soeum, Taeum-in have long body circumstance.
3. In Taeum-in group, ratio of abdomen muscle circumference to chest and Hip is significantly high than Soyang group and Soeum group(P<0.01).
4. In Soeum-in group, ratio of hip muscle circumference to chest is significantly high than Taeum-in group(P<0.01).
5. In Soeum-in group, ratio of trunk muscle circumference to limbs is significantly high than Taeum-in group(P<0.05).
