This experiment is to measure the amounts of heavy metals, especially copper, read, managanese, iron, and zinc contained in the apples in Taegu area. The results of this chemical analysis are summarized as follows : (1) Pb, Mn, and Cu were detected more in the fruit skin than in the flesh while Zn, and Fe were found more in the latter. (2) The leaf contained more amounts of those metals compared with the flesh on the skin.
