Exercise for A Healthful Life

Abstract
Our body is made to move and work out everyday, therefore we have to exercise and enjoy sports. If we use our body properly, we will be strong and healthy. But we use our body excessively or do not use, we will be weak and sick. 1. After putting up with your exercise for the first three days, next three weeks and next three months, you will finally know that you are accustomed with your sports. 2. Enjoy your exercise and sometimes consult with the training director. And then more rate your amount of exercise. 3. Choose more inexpensive kinds of sports and put on cheaper training wears than expensive ones. 4. As the christains pray early in the morning everyday, we also should get up early in the morning and sweat profusely in order to enjoy your sports.
