Right to Health as Human Right in post -Industrial society

Abstract
The Concept of Human right has been transforming from the Minimum principle to Maximum principle directing the high level of the right as much as they can. This paper has attempted to discuss the right of health in order to examine the possibility of Maximum principle of the health, taking the case of shift workers. The Minimum principle base on the disease, access to health care system, environment of health such as water, food etc. has been enlarged to be a Maximum principle requiring the right of health related to development of science and technology, the change of ecological environment, maketization of health especially "flexibility of labor market etc. in post industrial society. The Maximum principle of human right is of significance in making these new agenda in the field of human right in postindustrial society.
