This study analyzes the factors that affect the satisfaction of the people with the health insurance system by using the survey data of the 2019 Health Insurance System National Awareness Survey . We tried to check the size of influence in order. For this, this study analyzed the satisfaction of the health insurance system in three dimensions of the survey subjects: demographic characteristics, attitude toward the health insurance system, and perception of the health insurance system. First of all, in terms of demographic and social characteristics, those who were more satisfied with the health insurance system were married people, residents of small and medium-sized cities, people with graduates from university or higher, people who have experience using medical institutions, people who are currently in poor health status, and people who are not currently in health care. Second, in the case of awareness of the health insurance system, the people who are more satisfied with the health insurance system are those with low interest in the health insurance system, those with high trust, those who perceive the need higher, and those who feel self-esteem. Third, in terms of the attitude of the health insurance system, those who are more satisfied with the health insurance system are those who think that the monthly premium level is appropriate, and those who recognize that the scope and level of benefits provided are sufficiently guaranteed. And it appeared as a person who was satisfied with the quality of administration. In addition, this study using hierarchical regression analysis confirmed the magnitude of the influence of the factors influencing satisfaction in order. As a result, administrative quality, insurance premium adequacy, health insurance reliability, health insurance interest, salary coverage etc., it was confirmed that it affects the satisfaction of the health insurance system.
