|
The National Health Promotion Fund, which is the financial resource of health promotion programs, must be raised to promote the health status of the whole population. This study is devoted to providing the direction of health promotion fund and health charge in alcohol. In this study, health charge which is to be secured by collecting 3~5% for every alcohol is considered. The health promotion programs consist of alcohol education, disease prevention related to alcohol, health services for alcoholics, and practice of healthy life stye as defiened in the National Health Promotion Act.
