A Study on the Employment Discrimination of the Persons with Disabilities in the Labor Market

Abstract
In recent years it seems to be accepted as absolutely right by almost all the people in the world that person without disabilities and person with disabilities are equal and should be treated so regardless of their race, national origin, sex, religion, disability, etc. Notwithstanding all these situation, equality cannot be safely said to be being exactly realized in everyday life of our society. The purpose of this paper analyses the degree of labor market discrimination effect on the persons with disabilities and ultimately to suggest more effective ways of discrimination. For the research paper, survey research and comparative studies among nations such as USA, Great Britain, Korea and UN, ILO. The result of this research can be summarized as follows: 1. Decreasing the employment discrimination of individuals with disability, enact make a Disability Discrimination Act and revised a Labor Law, Education Act and Qualification Act etc. 2. To solve the discrimination of employment, it is needed to service and program for a preventive against discrimination. 3. It is necessary for the individuals who believe they have been discriminated against by an employer because of their disability to establish committee or task force for employment discrimination charge process. 4. To encourage a social movement and facilitate voluntary compliance with the anti-discrimination laws among employers and the public.
