Abstract

Recently, information technology are rapidly diffused throughout the world. A new paradigm, "e-Business" is a product of the tremendous technological and economic changes driving the new economy. In the computer and information communication technology areas related with e-Business, many companies were suffering from lack of an IT expert. Therefore if the disabled effort to adapt to the new information era by the IT education and vocational rehabilitation organization offers economic support, they can establish themselves as a expert. This study attempts to look into e-Business environment of Korea, and suggest elements of e-Business that can vitalize the disabled vocational rehabilitation.
