Abstract

|
The purpose of this study is developing a improvement plan the marketing and Procurement System of the Vocational Rehabilitation Facilities for persons with significant disabilities. For the research paper comparative studies among nations such as USA, Great Britain and Korea. The result of this research can be summarized as follow: First, Increasing the purchase of products made by the persons with significant disabilities enact make a special laws for government purchases of products and services. Second, Proposal to establish a central nonprofit agency such as NIH or NISH of USA for implementation of a comprehensive program designed to enforce this policy. The central nonprofit agencies shall determine by mutual agreement the assignment of commodity or service. Third, It is necessary to provide incentives to such as tax cut which may make a private contract. And, estabilish an initial fair market price for a commodity or service or make in the fair market price. Finally, To activate the Marketing and Procurement System of the Vocational Rehabilitation Facilities, it is needed purpose of the rules in order to provide employment opportunities for persons with significant disabilities.
