Abstract
The purpose of this study is to develop the method of active partnership inter-agency of vocational rehabilitation agencies for persons with disabilities and surveying the real status partnership. The ultimate goal of partnership between vocational rehabilitation agencies is to more PWD into meaningful, remunerative employment and maximally independent living arrangement. As such, this study may include a broad array of possibles services and outcomes, such as, counselling, assessment, work-adjustment traning, skill-training, job development and placement, sheltered employment, supported employment, postemployment services, and assistant technology. The models of this study is to analyze their quality of vocational rehabilitation services, their service outcome data, and surveying in the real status partnership. The conclusions of this study are as following: First, to establish a basic infrastructure for successful creation of job and en acting a Disability Discrimination Act and a revision of the Disabled persons welfare Act and the Disabled persons Employment promotion and Vocational Rehabilitation Act. Second, have got to building care management system and formulate a plan. Third, require to link inter-agency with as the central rehabilitation center.
