|
The purpose of this study is to develop a structured social enterprise model for creating employment at the labors market. Expanding employment opportunities for persons with disabilities is one of the most important challenges facing the persons with significant disabilities field. But, increasing employment opportunities for persons with significant disabilities is not an easy task. This study focus on the sheltered employment and citizenship of labors on employment; the application of social enterprise concepts to creating jobs for persons with significant disabilities. Thus, this study to suggest the policy direction and action plan of social enterprise for employment of individual with a severe disabilities. First, the basic direction of the social enterprise model to promotion employment of persons with significant disabilities, vocational rehabilitation facilitates make into a social enterprise. Second, the vocational rehabilitation facilitates are divided into sheltered workshop and regular workshop and regular workshop make into a social enterprise. Third, to found a new social enterprise as another methods for employment of individual with a significant disabilities.
